Tasks:

• Completing customer wishes 
• Checking in- and out
• Handling complaints, requests for advice, etc.
• Answering phones
• Editing reservations

Requirements:

• Must be friendly and enthusiastic
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written in English
• Genuine interest in the tourism industry
